How do I figure out Word 2007?!
Changing Cases & Track Changes
Change ALL CAPS to
All Caps, or the reverse (all lowercase to ALL LOWERCASE)
- Highlight the phrase you'd like to change.
- On the Ribbon, click on the Home Tab, then (in the Font box) choose the Change Case button [Aa]. If you don't see the Change Case button, click on the arrow at the lower right-hand side of the Font box for additional options.
- Select the option that meets your needs (Sentence case., lowercase, UPPERCASE, Capitalize Each Word, tOGGLe cASE)
Track Changes
- On the Ribbon, click on the Review Tab, then (in the Tracking box) choose Track Changes. When Track Changes is on, the entire button will remain orange. When it is turned off, it will match the color of the other commands on the Ribbon.
- You can accept and reject changes by going (in the Changes box) to Accept/Reject Changes. This nifty feature allows you to accept changes individually; go to Next Change and Previous Change; and categorically accept or reject all changes.
